Recommended checks
- List pages below a minimum body length and classify them as Stub or Start.
- List pages with no external source link, canonical card, or related source card.
- List pages whose last-reviewed date is older than the allowed cadence.
- List pages that mention live model capabilities, prices, benchmarks, laws, or provider behavior without a dated source.
- List pages with no internal links to the core handbook routes.
