Govern an LLM Wiki

Governance keeps an LLM Wiki from becoming confident unreviewed prose. Assign owners, define page types, require review dates, name trust labels, preserve source boundaries, and make every high-impact change stage through human review.

Governance loop

  1. Define authority roles: handbook, evidence archive, specification source, internal operations, or mixed with separation.
  2. Require owners, status, quality class, source status, sensitivity, agent use, last reviewed, and review cycle.
  3. Use trust labels: authoritative, reviewed, draft, stale, contradicted, deprecated, archived, and blocked.
  4. Keep raw sources immutable and compiled pages review-gated.
  5. Record redirects, canonical URLs, aliases, source traces, and typed relations.
  6. Block publication when permission, source authority, privacy, legal, security, or unsupported capability claims are unclear.
