Governance keeps an LLM Wiki from becoming confident unreviewed prose. Assign owners, define page types, require review dates, name trust labels, preserve source boundaries, and make every high-impact change stage through human review.
Governance loop
- Define authority roles: handbook, evidence archive, specification source, internal operations, or mixed with separation.
- Require owners, status, quality class, source status, sensitivity, agent use, last reviewed, and review cycle.
- Use trust labels: authoritative, reviewed, draft, stale, contradicted, deprecated, archived, and blocked.
- Keep raw sources immutable and compiled pages review-gated.
- Record redirects, canonical URLs, aliases, source traces, and typed relations.
- Block publication when permission, source authority, privacy, legal, security, or unsupported capability claims are unclear.
